Clearing Bookmarks And History Ipad Mini

When I type a particular word in my search, it comes up that it is already in my bookmarks and/or history. I have tried finding it, its not in my history or bookmarks, I Have gone into advanced settings and cleared Safari, but it still comes up. How can I clear this so it doesnt keep coming up?

I have cleared website data in safari as well.

If you have bookmarked a website it may show in 'Favourites'. When you tap the book icon top left of screen the 1st item is favourites tap & you may find your book mark. These will not disappear until you delete them. Please reply if this helps.

Hi sycamore, favourites is empty and I presume History is everything below.

Oooh just found it in reading list and deleted it !
