Iphone 6 Sound Problem.

Can someone please help with an IPhone 6 problem?
When making or receiving a call I can hear the caller perfectly but they can't hear me. If the loudspeaker is switched on however they can then hear me normally. It sounds like a microphone problem but are there any suggestions before I send it in for repair. Thanks.
