Bought new Acer 8" tablet recently. It came with Windows 8 and a free upgrade to Windows 10. I set up the email using Windows 8,but,having upgraded to 10 my Gmail appears to be OK.However I've not received any Yahoo mail on this device since the upgrade. I wondered if anyone else had experienced this problem, or if I've done something wrong? . Any advice much appreciated. Many Thanks. Eric.

How are you trying to access your Yahoo mail? I assume that it's not via web-based access (i.e. going to the Yahoo Mail website in Edge, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or whatever) but are you using the Windows 10 Mail App, Windows Live Mail, Thunderbird or something else? Or are you using the dedicated Yahoo Mail App for Windows 10?

If it's the Windows 10 Mail app, have you added your Yahoo Mail account to it? If not, see here (but, obviously, select 'Yahoo! Mail' instead of 'Google'):

It's the mail which is accessed from the start menu. I've got both Gmail and Yahoo mail registered, but I haven't seen any Yahoo mail for several days. Gmail is working OK.
Launch the Mail App (from the Start menu).

Click on the cog wheel (bottom left).

Click on 'Accounts' in the 'Settings' pane.

Check that your Yahoo account is shown. (If it isn't then, obviously, click on 'Add Account'!).

Select your Yahoo account and review the settings. They need to match these:

As a matter of interest, who would anyone want to use the Windows Mail app?
It doesn't seem to offer anything you might expect from a desktop client email program (or "app"). I guess it's a handy way of downloading your mail if you have more than one account, but the very look and feel of it puts me off.
I suppose the answer is: "mobile devices".
Some people I believe actually use Windows phones :-)
