Wondering whether to update to iOS 8.3. Any reviewers out there? Have had lots of problems with the update I have now, screen jamming, screen going blank, wondering if this new update would solve problems. Tia.

I updated to iOS 8.3 about 2 weeks ago. Before updating I made sure all the apps were updated, safari history was cleared, emails were deleted via safari and all,apps were closed. Made sure there was also enough memory ( I have an ipad2) I had 6+ Gb. Then did it.
On start up it was crap.
But I then I reset all settings and still crap.
Then I reset the network settings. Now it is just as good as before. Now I cannot tell any difference.
Just glad the window was shut whilst trying to get it right again.
