So, my Wife's Tab 2 recently stopped responding correctly. Can't access settings, can't alter wi fi provision. Can't do anything now my Dad has done a factory reset! What is the next step in rebooting the tablet post reset? Tried a further factory reset and connected to PC with a bona fide Samsung cable. This led the tablet to now show SAFE MODE at the foot of the screen, but still won't do anything!
Any assistance gratefully received!
