For the past couple of days when I try to send a text, my phone says 'Error sending message'. It then asks if I want to 'Try again' and I press yes but the error message keeps coming back. My signal is good, I've tried from all the rooms but it's not happening. Any ideas please? x

I won't pretend to know the first thing about owt techy, but have you tried taking the sim card out, giving it a wipe, + putting it back again? ;)

What phone is it?

There's a message service number if that's been altered then messages won't send.
Mine does that sometimes, when the network is busy.

It's just a bog standard Samsung on Tesco Pay as you go, not a smart phone or anything, but it's ok for what I need it for. How can I check if the message service number has been altered ummmm? x

Yeah me too..................who needs Chuckfickens when Bathy's about?
Reminds me of the time when I came home from work over 30 years ago. My mother told me that the TV wasn't working so she called out the repair man. He took one look, plugged it into the wall and said, "It should work fine, now; that'll be £25 please".
@methyl.......'ere,......I hope you're not trying to spoil my "moment"......;)
Lol @ BlackA + Talbot......you both snuck up on me there.....;)

BlackadderV and that reminds me of a time I called out the TV repair man because I had sound and no picture. One of my little monkeys,( no-one would own up ) had turned the brightness knob right down to dark!! Fortunately it was rented and they didn't charge me.x
Rented tellies,......those were the days, eh? ;)
