9'' Tablet Refuses To Connect To The Internet

I have a new 9'' android tablet, and it refuses all my attempts after 3 days to connect to the internet, wi fi or otherwise. Anyone out there with any ideas, would much be appreciated.

No Service With New O2 Sim Card.

Is you're router password Case sensitvE?

Also it's possible your tablet is sharing the same IP Address as your mobile phone, computer, Smart TV or internet radio... i.e. 192.168.1.68 It's the last 2 numbers (in this case 68) that may be conflicting and can be changed.
