Ok, have some Fruit of the Loom light grey sweatshirts 80% cotton 20% poly on the way.
Would like to put some logos on them.
This is for my running club, not for profit but im sure I can do them a lot cheaper than what we have paid (around £24) for commercially in the past, crap quality sweatshirts also.
Been watching vids and now getting confused, so need to know best way to do this.
Logos will be around 3" diameter , sort of size you might find on any sweatshirt.
Will have text and a logo, but apart from the text nothing majorly intricate.
Need to be machine washable and durable.

Would I be best in making a DIY screen print press or go the printable on an inkjet and then iron on route ?

Been looking at the product in the link for the iron on route.

Any advice or views on the process or another DIY method Ive overlooked ?

You can get t-shirt transfer paper for inkjet and laser.

The inkjet comes in 2 types - 1 for any t-shirt and one for black t-shirts.

If you need white in your logo, go for the black one - the other is clear.

Instructions come with the transfers. Depending on make, you either print your logo as normal, others you have to print it as a mirror image.

Then you iron it on.
