Problems Internet Ordering On Ipad

I an having problems with some internet ordering via Google on my IPad. I get as far as check out/signing into my account, then the screen freezes. I have tried deleting then re- installing the Google app but to no avail. I have successfully ordered via Safari, but I'm just wondering why suddenly I cannot order on Google. Could it be something to do with my settings.?

Mayday, yes, I have tried Debenhams and Dorothy Perkins on Google who do not work, although I have successfully ordered from them both in the past. I tried again this morning and neither work on Google although I have managed to order some shoes on another companies website.
