I have Samsung Tocco lite GT S5230 and I wish to block a caller, can anyone please help as how I do this ? I am getting this call about twice a day and although I do not answer I am getting charged for it !

I Have A 28Vdc Small Relay And Need To Replace It, But Can Only Find A 24Vdc One. .

How do you get charged for incoming calls you didn't answer ?
Is this some service you have inadvertently signed up for ? If so maybe the handset blocking it isn't going to stop the charging.
