I am getting a string of e-mail messages allegedly from Skype inviting me to listen to a voice mail message

Are these for real? They are not addressed to me by name. I don't use Skype though I think I did inadvertently sign up for it.

Delete immediately. Attachement explodes into an executable program. There are many more variants including a quite plausible voicemail one.

Got one yesterday, went to Skype the normal way to see if there was a message to be read, surprise surprise nothing.
