Can anyone advise, please?

Just got Netflix which is fine, but now have no sound on YouTube.......the sound is fine on Netflix, so I'm very puzzled!

I am not a computer genius but I think that it is a browser problem, Click on the volume bar and slide it along to make it louder - the sound should come on. I hope that it works.

Anyone got experience of a John Lewis built in oven, need a new oven and they seem to get good reviews. Otherwise suppose it will have to be another neff. Thanks
