I have mislaid the wire connector for my Seagate Expansions 1TB External Desktop USB 2.0 Hard Drive for PC . I have the one with the plug for the electricity but can't find the one which goes into my computer.

Would anyone kmow where I could get one. I have tried googling but all I come up with is the complete item. Any help much appreciated.

Pc world...staples ? Take your hard drive into shop...
Have you looked on Amazon ?
I'm unfamilar with you drive but I'd suspect any PC shop. Or Maplins if you have a local one. Or from an Internet site. Unless it is a special Seagate connector, which seems unlikely. Does it look a standard USB plug/socket arrangement ?
Without knowing what the socket looks like on the external hard drive, it's impossible to point you directly to a replacement cable. However if you take the drive into your local Maplin's store, they should be able to find one for you.

Thanks everyone. We don't have a Maplins in NI. Will try PC World but have a feeling they are reluctant to take anything out of a packer to see if it fits. Don't suppose it is much help but the end which goes into the Hard Drive is small and round.
