I don't think there's a record in Control Panel of removed ones- only current ones.
Some ideas:
-You could restore to a previous version and look at programmes that were on your computer then.
-It could be in recycle bin unless you've emptied it.
-Instead of going in Control Panel just look at all the programmes under Programmes on your C drive or under my computer. Some elements may still be there or it may be listed but the contents will be 0bytes
Do you honestly expect to find programmes you have deleted from your computer..? Unless they are still in your re-cycling bin I honestly Don't think you will find anything, unless you are a real expert and, as f-f has suggested, can locate a few stray elements of files/folders.

Download and run Revo Uninstaller free and use hunter mode which may find what you are looking for but Windows doesn't keep these records is there a reason why you want to know ?
