Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 And Disappearing Accuweather!

I have a Galaxy Ace 2 on Orange network.
I have just noticed that the AccuWeather display has disappeared from my Home screen. It came installed with the phone when new.
If I go into Manage Applications, then All, I can see that it is there.
Can someone tell me how to get AccuWeather display back on to my Home screen, please?

I forgot to say that I have already removed battery and SIM card for a couple of minutes, and replaced them in phone, but it made no difference.

Checked the other Home screens by swiping left to right?

Put and hold your finger on the Home Screen until it changes, it should then allow you to add another Widget. Select Accuweather.

I have tried that, but no AccuWeather gidget appeared.
