Are you referring to a pop-up or a website that you or someone else tries to access by typing the address or clicking on 'favourites'?

Hi - I'm referring to a website.

So, for instance, If I wanted to block AB so it was inaccesible, how would I go about it?
It depends on which browser you are using- Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox.
If you look in something like Internet options/settings there should be an option to block certain sites. I know i used to do it on IE
If you are using Firefox then there is (inevitably) an add-on to make it easy https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/blocksiteplus/?src=api
