Excel 2007 Manual

Can anyone recommend a manual for Excel 2007 that is intermediate to advanced level? Ideally something that gives worked examples + tests for the user? I'd prefer something hard copy rather than online/YouTube.
I use Excel a lot for basic stuff but want to expand my Knowledge to use functions etc.

Can I recommend the Dummies books ? I have always found them to amusing as well as informative. On no account use the official MS manual...you will die of boredom !
