Cannot Print Pages From Mozilla Firefox

My friend's PC has stopped printing from Firefox web pages, but has no trouble when using Internet Explorer for the same pages. All other Firefox features seem to be working correctly and she would prefer to use it rather than IE

This problem started about six weeks ago and may be related to an update.

Has anyone had a similar problem and know how to fix it?

I think AB Techies will need a bit more info to reply.....What make of PC...What Operating System( Windows 8; Vista; XP or what)...What printer is being used.. etc.

Hi Alston A,

The PC was built and sold a small local dealer about four or five ago. It uses Windows XP. The printer is an HP Officejet printer, scanner, fax. I can find the exact model number over the weekend if more info is needed.

Hi Playbill.......I was hoping that one of AB's Top Techie members would have popped-up in this thread with more positive advice than I can give.

I think that there must be something wrong with Firefox as loaded into your friend's computer. Is Firefox up-to-date? ..It should be FF 20.0.1
