How To Stop Posts In Facebook Open Groups, Appearing On My 'friends' News Feed?

Hi guys, I have recently joined a few local groups on Facebook to advertise my business to members of the groups. Some of the groups are 'open' and some are 'closed'. When I post my advert in the open groups, it shows to all my Facebook 'friends' on their news feed which I don't want to happen, I only want the members of the groups to see my post and not my facebook friends. How do to I stop this happening? Thanks in advance!
