Just bought a new computers with windows 8 but cant seem to be able to transfer a document from my documents folder to e mail Thanks

Right click - send to - email recipient.

Works for me on W8

In the mail app (if that's what you're using) press:

Windows + Z or right-click. A little menu should appear at the bottom which allows you to attach files.
