Have any of you try to purchase a PC from Dell? When you have selected the model that you want and the price you like, the price suddenly goes up by a couple hundreds of pounds even they have special offers like no vat, delivery free, money off etc...Even if you type in the product code from special offer deal advertisment, the product is still more expensive. Is not that cheap after all...!!??

We must have been lucky then because we have bought 3 and not had any problems. I know that doesnt help you though

Hubby says if you scroll down after you have chosen they will have added in a 3 year warranty. If you deselect this then update price you will have the price you hoped for. He showed me and it worked! Now I hope this answer is more helpful
