How To Resize Images To Print

Hello,
Would somebody be able to help me please?
I want to know how to size a saved clip art image to the exact size I need in cms, and then print it please.

There are lots of different ways. Here are just a couple of possibilities:

1. Open a new Word document.
Go to Insert > Picture > Clip Art (or Insert > Picture > From File if the image isn't in your clip art gallery).
Once the picture is displayed, right-click on it and select Format Picture.
Click on the Size tab, make the relevant changes and click OK.
Print the document.

2. Open the image in Irfanview:

Go to Image > Resize/Resample
Change the dimensions and click OK.
Go to File > Print.
