Mobile Phone Problem

My daughter and I have Nokia mobile phones. She uses T Mobile and I use Tesco (O2). Of all my text contacts, using different systems, I cannot receive her texts although everyone else can. At the end of my texts to her appears the word "Pending" which apparently means waiting. Can anyone throw any light on this problem?

Mobile Phone Says "outgoing Calls Restricted By Fdn".

Further to my question, my daughter's name was screened. I don't know how it happened but I have rectified it by - go to Messages, Select, scrolldown to Screened Messages and delete the correct one.
