I ordered some goods from 'Bluesky Marketing' based in Glasgow. They took my payment mid-August but the goods didnt arrive. I paid through Paypal so opened a dispute - after several attempts to contact the seller via email - and phone, but this evening when phoning again all im getting is music playing - no ringing. Not sure what to do next.
