A simple touchscreen phone

Can anyone recommend a mobile phone of the following type:
1. Not Samsung
2. Touchscreen (good sized screen and clear graphics)
3. Must take my O2 Simplicity PAYG SIM
4. Can make calls, send/receive texts, and has a camera
5. Under £100
5. That's it...I don't need anything else (web, blah, blah, blah)
I'm not a technofreak as you've probably guessed, I like things simple!!

Why not Samsung? Both Samsungs I have owned have developed faults. Maybe I'm just unlucky or maybe all mobiles develop faults but I though I'd try something else this time.
