Retuning

Earlier today, I retuned a tv which is connected via a Sky box. I seem to have wiped out half my Sky channels, notably sport and music. Can anyone help correct this?

Firstly I would Suggest you do the old power off/on job by taking the power lead out of the back of the sky box, waiting for half a minute and re insert hopefully it will rebuild.

Also br prepared for a long wait for the box to re-boot. 15 minutes is not unusual according to Sky help line when a similar thing happened to me.

Actually thinking about it - if you retune TV it shouldn't affect Sky box as it is connected by SCART/HDMI and so ........
