Spent the last 4 hours trying to install it...I am usually so calm!
Now I have had to research most of the terms they ask me to enter/install/config etc etc as they are meaningless to me.
I am at the stage where the Kodak recognises the PC and vice versa but I need to give the printer a name??? and I don't see the Kodak make or model in the dropdown that comes up under the start-printer thingy...
CAN ANYONE HELP A LOST SOUL?? Please xx

Well in all that yelling, you've managed to avoid giving any useful information at all.
No hint as to what operating system, or even which model of printer.

rojash I have had wine now it's ok I won't shout. It is a Kodak c310; not sure what you mean by operating system though
Typical operating systems are Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7.

Are you trying to set it up wirelessly or wired?
If Wirelessly, have you run the wireless setup wizard on the printer, identified your wireless network and entered the security key?
do what i do sunflower and bribe a nephew to sort it

yes done all that rojash it is the pc (xp) printer wizard set up where I have to give the printer a name and find it's make/model from the drop down where I am lost....what is it's name and the make and model is not there. Now owdhamer where is that nephew..
So the printer is on, and it's wifi status is light is on.
I'm not clear what you are trying to use the XP Printer wizard for.
Once the printer is connected to you wifi, you should install the Kodak software that came with it.
Then you should go to:
Start > Programs > Kodak > Kodak Printer Network Set-Up Utility
and follow the on-screen instructions.
