Samsung GT-S5620 switch off voicemail

Morning, I have tried to google this without success. I am trying to switch off my voicemail, but nothing works. I have tried going to Settings - Application Settings - Call - voice call - call diverting - cancel all. It says it is deactivated but calls still go to answerphone. Any help would be really appreciated

You have to ring samsung and they will turn it off their end. Had same problem with husband's phone.
