Laminator problem

Years old,
but has started producing wrinkly copies.Good make of pouches "ready" light is on can't make out if temp. is too hot or too cold.Any advice please?

Before you Laminate, put the item to be copied on a table & run a ruler to disperse the air, that's what I do never no probs.
wrinkles is normally too hot or too slow feed speed. (assuming you are using the correct thickness of pouch for the machine)
Agree that it might be too hot; have you tried using a carrier card?
