Does anyone know of any safe app that lets you download videos to your phone and use them offline.

Preferably free but I may be clutching at straws

YouTube downloader works pretty well on more than just YouTube.

However there is a war between video sites and downloaders where the site trys to stop users saving video so you are compelled to keep upgrading the software,
