Help! I received a message on my mobile which I couldn't open. The reason given was that the message was too large and had filled my phone's memory and that I needed to delete all other messages held on my phone. I did this but the message reappeared at least six times!! Each time I deleted all my messages. Eventually the message stopped appearing but now I have a permanent message "inbox full" which is obviously not the case. I cannot get rid of this message. Could this be why my battery is not now holding its charge? Is it being drained? Have tried another battery too but this will not hold a charge either.

I had the same problem, son told me to switch it off, then on again
