I trierd to use Google Chrome ,can you please explain how I how I find the tabs that are similar to Internet Explorer add to favorites andShortcuts

Not too sure if Chrome has exactly what you want.

If you have imported your favourites from IE into Chrome then you will have "Imported from IE" on your toolbar. To add another webpage to it you open the page you want then right click on"Imposted from IE" and click "Add Page". The page added will appear at the bottom of the list. Click on it and drag it up the list into alphabetical order.

If someone knows an easier way I would like to know it too.
