Can you copy from one hard drive recorder to another?

Hello, can I copy recordings from the hard drive of a DVD recorder to another hard drive recorder (e.g. from Panasonic DMR-EX75 to the Panasonic DMR-EX83)? And if so, how would I do it, is it using a SCART lead?
