I have given up with my laptop and as a final resort I want to restore factory settings. Its an hp with windows 7 and it didn't come with any instructions. In my computer there is a disk partition called 'recovery'. But it won't let me access it. There is no disc either. Can anyone explain how to reset the computer to how it was when I bought it. Also will Kaspersky be able to be reloaded as I have already used the key? Thanks

Yes you can re-activate kaspersky again after a reinstall, just make sure you have a note of the activation code or a copy of the license key file (depending on how yours was activated in the first place)
