I have purchased a mains powered Natural Sunlight Lamp fitted with a Natural light 27W fluorescent tube with a GX10q-4 base, Code No. UN0005.
When the light is switched off, using the in built switch, it continues to emit a single flash at about 2 minute intervals. Is this usual or is it a fault? Thanks for any responses.

I have one of those SAD lamps (it's always looking miserable). When it's off it's off. No flashes. Sounds like a fault to me.
