why would an iphone tell you to 'connect to itunes'? It won't go off the screen. Is this repairable?

hi red, no it's for sale on ebay. My daughter would like one for christmas and i can only afford an old one. I thought i could get it repaired maybe.
hmm, i dont think i would risk it tbh, you cant guess at what the fault is from that.
I'd ask myself why, if it were easy to repair, the seller didn't just get it done and demand a better price. Sounds far too risky to me. Even if repairable clearly it isn't worth the buyer bothering so it can't be cheap.
Try connecting it to itunes again. It happened to me a few times before. If it's still under warranty then bring it to the shop right away.
