Downloading Ringtones from PC to Mobile's

I have just purchased a new mobile phone (Orange Sydney) and wish to download a different ringtone. I have found the ringtone that I would like, and have downloaded it to Windows Media Player. Can anyone advise me on how to transfer it onto my mobile. Many thanks

Make/model of mobile might help.
Various phones take different formats.
Then you have to connect to phone by Bluetooth .. or PC-Mobile USB. You have driver and any software for phone?

Meant to ask if it uses a memory card too? That can also be used if you have a reader in PC/laptop.
