Hi My on/off button is not working, it does not slide, thus by book is frozen.
It has passed its warranty as I bought it off a friends friends three months ago, it was working fine and then all of a sudden not. Have tried the reset button but does not work. Does anyone know how to fix it?

I do not have the books stored on my computer, and have looked at forums to hard reset it but it will remove all books, does anyone know how to transfer the books to computer?
