when using hyperlinks on other forums they have suddenly stopped working, even when using an online generator

any ideas why?

What does that do? Do I use this before or after posting hyperlink

i find that sometimes the browser gets stuck in a mode where clicking on links does nothing, and using ctrl-0 restores the expected (default) action
