I am having problems with MS Silverlight. When using MSN and trying to watch video clips I am getting a message stating I need to download the latest version of Silverlight. I have uninstalled the "old" version, installed the "new" version, restarted my computer, checked the programme has loaded-Ok but going back to MSN same thing happens. If I click on download the new version it states that new version is already installed and still will not open video clip. Anyone got any ideas, I am using Vista & IE 9. I have also tried disabling AVG before downloading Silverlight which makes no difference.

If you see lots of balls moving about, Silverlight is correctly installed (so the fault is with the MSN page, not with your computer). If not, try a different browser, such as Firefox:

Thanks Chris
I opened the first link - nothing happened apart from a box to download Silverlight and no bubbles. I had tried Firefox before so uninstalled it and reinstalled it using your link and hey presto the video works on MSN.
