please can someone help?
I have just switched computer on and I have the following message on screen that I cannot remove. the message is as reads =
isuspm exe-bad image The application or DLL c:\PROGRA~1\google\GOOGLE~1\GOEC62~1.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please checkthis against your installation diskette.

It is a oblong box at the top right hand side there is a small black cross
and on the left hand side is a big red cross and below the message is a button with OK within in it. I have never had this before and do not know what to do. I have tried to press both crosses and the ok button but it will not move.

If anyone can help I would be so grateful

I have never had this before

Unfortunately, none of the answers in that thread seem to have been effective.
Apparently it's just a bad registry entry, in which case, CCleaner will almost certainly fix it.

thankyou for your help. I will have to get someone to help me as I am not very good with the computer. can you tell me if you have to pay to use the cleaner? regards, mres eyebright
The cleaner Rojash mentioned is a program which you should download and then run to clean the registry. It is a well known, safe, cleaning program which removes useless files in your computer.
P.S. It is a FREE program.

Brilliant. As the OP hasn't got, and hasn't run HiJackThis, how are they gonna re-open it?
