I have Windows 7 home premiumAMD Athlon 64X2 Dual Core Processor4400+
at the moment it got memory (RAM) 2.00GB System Type 32-bit Operation System later hoping to upgrade to Windows 7. Would the
extra 2GB RAM MEMORY for my desktop help. and how do I install a 64-bit version of your OS.

A 32 bit OS will only see and use just over 3GB of RAM so adding an extra 2GB would be a bit of a waste but if you use software that is very memory intensive, or like running lots of things at once then the extra 1GB it will see will help.

You install a 64bit version of an OS exactly the same way as you install a 32bit OS

No..

Windows7 normally comes with two DVDs one with the 32bit version on it, one with the 64bit.

Earlier versions you had to order either the 32bit or the 64bit.
