If I call from my mobile (vodafone) in the uk to another mobile (o2) in France, will it cost me extra or will it come from my inclusive minutes? and will it cost the recipient anything?
I have looked at the Vodafone webpage but can only find out about calling from abroad not to abroad, Thanks in advance.

I can't answer for Vodafone, but if I use my 02 phone when I'm in Europe, it costs me Europe rates and the country I'm calling from shows on my bill. It also costs me to receive calls in Europe (but less than to send). If you phone from the UK then you pay UK rates (IMO) but the receiver will pay to receive it.
If that O2 is 'roaming' from another country (not French service) Yes. Both parties pay.
Check your agreement for what's included (National or Roaming calls)
Best way is to use a phone SIM from destination country, with an unlocked phone.
I have 4 of them.
It will cost you the same as normal, you are calling a UK mobile, it doesn't matter where in the world that mobile is.

It will cost them 14p (PAYG) or 15p (contract) a minute to receive the calls
