Firefox problem

On my parents PC there are 4 serperate users. My parents, my sisters and mine. My sisters wanted Firefox installing so I did so. However this only works on my parents and my settings and not hers. It does show up as being there but nothing happens when clicked. Can anyone shed any light on this please?
