Sometime ago my lodger installed web media player on my pc without my permission. The lodger has left now. I got rid of web media player on the Add/Remove programs and also by running Mawarebytes (which was very helpfully recommended here). However it seems to keep coming back. Malwarebytes keeps picking it up. I found a website called 2-spyware.com.
Can somebody please tell me if I can trust this website and download its Remove web-media player software.
Also, it says I should block the web-media player website on my HOSTS files, can somebody please tell me how I do this?
Thank you very much for any help!
