Yes, but you would have to use a computer and a network hub as well.
Connect the web and walk dongle to the computer and setup the connection, you can then share the connection across a network, connect both the computer and the PS3 to the network hub using Ethernet cables and the PS3 will be able to use the connection the computer has made
