BT Broadband running slow

I've been tearing my hair out today because my broadband is soooooooooo slow. Then surprise surprise I get an email from BT saying 'Is your broadband running slow? for only �8.99 a month you can call our helpline'
Smells very fishy to me. A Bit of a coincidence. I reckon they are making it go slow hoping we will pay the extra �8.99 a month.

Maybe it's time to change your supplier!! I changed to Tiscali, haven't any regrets, could be worth a look!!!

Only go to Tiscali if you use less than their 5 GB cap

BT going slow never, I don't believe it!!

Do a speedtest and post back router stats if you can
