IE Error Message

This is an ongoing problem, but only for this one site: http://www.picturesofengland.com/
Every time I select this address this message comes up - 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' then I have to Refresh the page. Photos on this site are not loading properly either until I select 'Show this' It's the same usung Firefox, so I'm utterly baffled. Any ideas?

Empty your cache (in the settings) and try again. Works fine for me.
