A Yahoo Messenger problem

Unable to find the answer in Yahoo! Help. Anyone come across this before? I have had a Yahoo! ID for over five years but suddenly it will not work. I have changed my password but still no better. When I try to log into Messenger, I receive the following message:

Application Error - The instruction at 0x77f5234c referenced memory at 0x51381ad6. The memory could not be written.

Using my ID and password allows me into Yahoo! Mail but not Messenger. also tried a System Restore but still cannot get into Messenger. Any help welcome

I did have the same problem last month.... But then after a couple of days it worked fine again...

Also what you could do is if you have people emails and you have msn is use msn for now. .Example : As if im on msn i can chat too you on yahoo or the other way round....They have made them to work together
Which i didnt know until i checked today ive been using both now i can use just one lol
