I use uTorrent as my client - http://www.utorrent.com/

Basically Torrentspy is a search engine where you can look for movies / tv programmes / music and what you download from here is the tiny torrent file which contains the info the torrent client needs to find & download the larger file/s. When you download the small torrent file to your desktop (and you've installed uTorrent), when you click on the file it will load up in uTorrent and begin to download (may take a while depending on what you are downloading). Hope this makes sense! Please post again if you need anymore help.

hi lostsheep. so i download the file from torrentspy website, then use utorrent software to open it?
Yes - then the file will download through uTorrent and then be saved in a Downloads folder which is usually in My Documents. Hope that helps!
